The lift controller realizes centralized management by connecting indoor monitor, outdoor panel and Wiegand card reader. With easy operation and setting, this device meets users’ diversified needs. The module has two operating modes. The module relays can be connected directly to the elevator buttons or to the PLC inputs. Lift controller can be set to master and slave types. In one lift controller unit, the Master Controller communicates with other slave lift controller by RS485.
The controller support up to 16 floors. Connect 8 modules by RS485 port to support up to 128 floors. There can be up to 8 elevators in one building.
The elevator can use a proximity card reader connected to the Wiegand 26 bit interface of the elevator controller. The reader enables floor access control functionality.
Quick and efficient installation with minimal wiring. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology enables powering devices and their communication using the UTP telecommunications cable. Elevator controller can be powered by standard PoE or sPoE 18V DC or by 12V DC.
Basic mode (simple automation and access control) depending on the activity performed, activates the relay once. The mode is most often used with no PLC controller. In this case the relays of the NVE-ELV200 elevator module are connected directly to the floor buttons of the elevator.
Basic mode functionality:
1. Unlocking door by indoor monitor will trigger the relay of corresponding indoor monitor’s floor (access to the floor for the gueast).
2. Unlocking door by password or card in entrance panel will trigger the relay of corresponding entrance panel’s floor (elevator call).
3. The Wiegand card reader in elevator will trigger the relay of corresponding indoor monitor’s floor (access to the floor for the resident).
Advanced mode, depending on the activity performed, activates the relays twice. The mode is most often used when the NVE-ELV200 module works with the PLC elevator controller. In this case, the relays are connected to the PLC
Advanced mode functionality:
1. Unlocking door by indoor monitor will trigger the relay of entrance panel’s floor and then relay of monitor’s floor (elevator call and access to floor for the quest)
2. Unlocking door by password in entrance panel will trigger the relay of corresponding entrance panel’s floor (elevator call).
3. Elevator call button in indoor monitor during a intercom will trigger the relay of your and neighbours floor (elevator call and access to the neighbours floor).
4. Elevator call button in indoor monitor home page will trigger the relay of monitor's floor (elevator call).
5. The Wiegand card reader in elevator will trigger the relay of corresponding indoor monitor’s floor (access to the floor for the resident).
6. Unlocking door by card in entrance panel will trigger the relay of entrance panel’s floor and then relay of monitor’s floor (elevator call and access to floor for the resident)
